Very happy with our pool and the service - start to finish.

I receive weekly pool cleanings from Carefree. They arrive as scheduled and take care of the cleaning and whatever else my pool may need. Many years ago, Carefree also replaced my pool cover. Done well and professionally. I have also found their entire team to be friendly and approachable.

This business is wonderful. I cannot say enough about them. Every person I interacted with was professional, had expert knowledge and was friendly. They got right back to me in response to my inquiry and had my swim spa up and running again with a new pump motor within the week. They took time to answer all my questions, and I had many. They explained everything I needed to know and even reassured me that there was a one year warranty they would follow through with, if anything went wrong with the product they installed. They have been in business for a long time, know the quality of their product, and stand by their work. I am 100 percent satisfied and can recommend them above all others in the area. If you need anything related to pools and spas, or in my case, a swim spa, do not even hesitate. Call them. I know I will.
