Came in at the end of the day and had questions about a filtering part we need for our spa Even though the guy was about to lock up he helped us and was very friendly. Said he didn't have the part but was willing to research it for us and order it if we needed him too.

I had to replace a pool cover that came with the purchase of the house. The ropes had been cut and the whole system sat unused for over 5 years. It had to be completely replaced. Carefree pools & Spas did an excellent job. They went above and beyond. The poor installer had to work on an extremely hot day and worked extra hours once he found a bigger issue than what we had originally thought. He did not leave until he knew it was completed and done right. I love the system and the quality. I highly recommend Carefree pools & spa.

We needed an inspection on an in ground spa located at the home we are purchasing in Cambria. And we needed it quick and extremely thorough.
